Alliance formed to develop new Cloud Computing solutions A strategic new alliance formed by Harris, EMC and the Virtual Computing Environment Company (VCE), will result in the joint development and marketing of new trusted multi-tenant cloud solutions. The trio will work towards creating solutions that will drive more commercial and government enterprises to adopt cloud infrastructure as a service (IaaS) applications. Multi-tenant cloud solutions can optimize resource sharing as well as provide high levels of isolation to the tenants and quality of service throughout a shared environment.
