Dubuque deployed IBM’s analytics and cloud computing technology in 2010 as part of its Smarter Sustainable research program. Gartner Suggests Ways to Migrate Applications to Cloud There are five ways by which organizations can move applications into the cloud, according to research firm Gartner. The first option is to rehost or redeploy applications to a different hardware environment and change the application’s infrastructure configuration. Amazon.com Acquires CLOUD.CO Domain Name Online retailer Amazon.com has acquired the registration rights to the single letter domain names A.CO, K.CO and Z.CO and also to the premium reserved domain name Cloud.CO. This announcement was made yesterday by the official domain registry for the .CO domain, .CO Internet S.A.S., which signed an agreement with Amazon.com to this end.
