State of Minnesota Signs Historic Cloud Computing PRESS RELEASE St. Paul, MN—In an effort to deliver technology services as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible, the State of Minnesota’s Office of Enterprise Technology (OET) signed a groundbreaking enterprise-wide service agreement with Microsoft last week.
