3CLogic Unveils New “Cloud Switch” Incentive Program
3CLogic is motivating customers to switch from the Five9 platform they are currently using over to 3CLogic’s Call Center Service deployed on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
The cloud based contact centers specialist has launched a three-point incentives program called “Cloud Switch” to this end and says that it will promote this program throughout the month of September.
The incentives announced under the “Cloud Switch” program include software “trade-in” pricing, half-price CRM integration and free, discounted training.
For the software “trade-in” pricing, 3CLogic is offering qualified users of the Five9 system the one-time ability to switch to 3CLogic and pay half of the monthly software fees they currently pay to Five9.
Half-price CRM integration gives new customers under the “Cloud Switch,” program a 50% discount on customization services that may be required for integration with their existing CRM software such as Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics.
Customers will also receive a 50% discount on agent and supervisor training under the free, discounted training incentive.
“Even before today’s announcement, 3CLogic believed that it offered a range of features and functions that out-performed other products in its class – including being the only call center platform deployed on Amazon Cloud – at a price point far less than competing systems,” said Ramana Reddy, director of Client Services at 3CLogic. “With these incentives in place, it would be hard to justify sticking with Five9 now that something this powerful – coupled with extraordinary support and service – is available.”
Because solutions from 3CLogic are integrated with existing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs, customers are able to eliminate expensive up-front hardware and software costs and deploy on-demand software for customer interaction quickly and efficiently.
Those interested to benefit from these offers will have to provide proof of their current monthly payments.
