Ron Sterbenz, Director, Vertical Markets, Global Cloud Services & Enterprise Segments at Equinix.
As Director for Vertical Markets, Ron Sterbenz is responsible for leading the go-to-market strategies for two of Equinix’s largest business segments, cloud and enterprise. He oversees both the supplier and consumer perspectives of cloud and IT services.
Mr. Sterbenz is also in charge of the development and execution of Equinix’s market strategies for cloud infrastructure, SaaS, and IT services. He also assists the company’s cloud clients with planning and marketing of product strategies for enterprise adoption.
In the past fifteen years, he has launched several successful technology products for SAP, Savvis and Bank of America. He also founded and sold his own software firm that developed custom banking software applications.
Mr. Sterbenz holds a Bachelors of Science in Finance and Insurance as well as dual Masters in Business Administration and Tax from the University of California.
